How to get a training program
After selecting one of the two modules depending on your need for training (Health Programme or Periodisation Program)me there are two ways to get the card:

1 - Personal data Surname Name Date of birth Sex 2 - Weight - Height - according to weight and height it is calculated the Body Mass Index BMI from which the length of the training program is established, so that the increase of the load between the individual sessions is built on the real morphology features of the user; 3 - Medical certificate date - before starting any restart program it is recommended to submit you to thorough physical examination and in particular to consult the Screening questionnaire to pre participation in physical exercise programs; 4 - Password - code to enter as your password - In absence of password, you can continue and activate the on-line payment at the end of the form, completing with the BILLING DETAILS. 5 - Cooper test - enter the distance [m] you can cover in 6 minutes (also walking). The minimum value accepted is 300 m. The level of the program to be proposed is determined from the test result. |

The user can decrease the choice to adapt the program to his weekly needs; 5 - Training vision - before to confirm the data entered (button =) , it is possible to view the tables of the first program that was built with the guidance provided. This allows you to control the intensity of the proposed work program and eventually require a less stringent program (button -) or more intense (button +). N.B. The training examined can be printed free of charge as an example of the system test set. |
