In detail, the first mesocycle is divided into 9 sessions in 3 weeks or micricycles
the second mesocycle is divided into 9 sessions in 3 weeks or micricycles
the third mesocycle is divided into 20 sessions in 5 weeks or micricycles

the fourth mesocycle is divided into 16 sessions in 4 weeks or micricycles
