Cooper test

The Cooper test is done trying to cover more ground as possible ( running or walking ) in 6 or 12 minutes.
The test can be performed indoors on treadmill or outdoors where, to have easy specific references on the distance traveled, should perform the test in a field of athletics (ring of 400m).

Results
